Taxes, Trusts, and Business Succession

A dedicated legal professional in taxes, trusts, and business succession planning. Originally from Texas, Adam began legal education in San Antonio before relocating to Oregon to further his expertise.

Adam’s journey to Oregon was fueled by more than professional aspirations. Although a proud Texan, the mountains, outdoors, and intrinsic benefits of Oregon were calling. Before his legal career, Adam served his country in the Navy, completing four deployments in support of Iraqi Freedom as a member of the combat bomb squad. After his military service, he returned to Texas and became a financial advisor and founded AP Adjusting, a successful insurance adjusting firm specializing in insurance claims after major weather catastrophes such as hurricanes Irma and Harvey. Following the military and business worlds, Adam began his legal career as a litigator but then transitioned to the world of taxes, trusts, and business succession. 

Adam pursues a variety of interests and adventures, including hiking the Appalachian Trail, motorcycle camping from Arkansas to Wyoming, remodeling homes, and rebuilding cars. Today, he finds joy in his work and the outdoors.
